The Ridge is home to two large, very friendly livestock guardian dogs who roam to protect the livestock on the hill. They are gentle, people‑loving, and may lounge nearby or stop by for a few head scratches. ---- Nature Rules • The Ridge is a peaceful, rural hilltop retreat. Guests may encounter wildlife, insects, spiders, ticks, or other native animals and insects as part of the experience. • As with many rural Oklahoma landscapes, native snakes exist in the area, though sightings are uncommon. Please wear appropriate footwear and remain aware when exploring outdoors. • By booking this stay, guests acknowledge the natural environment and assume responsibility for themselves, their pets, and any dependents while on the property. ---- Nature Note Since we’re out in nature, please be sure to clean up food and trash promptly inside and outside to avoid attracting mice, raccoons, or other curious critters. ---- Parking Anywhere on the gravel. Please do not drive on the grassy areas unless prior approval has been received. ---- Check-out No specific check out requirements. We just ask that you are respectful to the property and let us know if anything needs replacing promptly so we can prepare better for what's needed at turn-over. ---- Additional guests: Non-registered guests are not allowed to stay/visit unless approved in advance. ---- No parties ---- Pet Rules • We are pet‑friendly and welcome (two maximum) well‑behaved, non-aggressive pets per stay (50 lb weight limit). Pet fee applies. • Unattended dogs must be crated. • For everyone’s safety, we recommend pets be kept on leash while on the hill. In addition to our resident dogs, The Ridge is a natural environment shared with wildlife that entices chasing. • Please note that we are not responsible for incidents involving guest pets, including interactions with wildlife or other animals. • Guests are responsible for their pets during their stay. Any damage caused by pets may result in additional charges for cleaning or repairs. • Pets are not permitted on beds or bedding.

Hidden Dome, its deck, and your outdoor area are yours to enjoy privately during your stay—including your Blackstone grill, picnic table, and seating area. You’re also welcome to explore the shared spaces around the Ridge, including: • Fishing pond + dock • Viewing pond • Hammock Haven • Fire pit • Sunset viewing areas • Bathhouse • Walking areas throughout the property The Ridge is a shared 20+ acre property with other guest accommodations, but each stay is intentionally spaced to give you your own private space to settle in and enjoy the quiet.
